There are many astonishing forest massifs, specific vegetable life(more than 220 different herbs and medical plants) and more than 80 different animals, 21 of them are preserve because they are threatened with extinction. The clear and clean waters are full with mountain barbell, maple and trout. The aria is filled with deep caves, unforgettable rock phenomenon and surrounding green mountings, thing that fascinate you and make you come back here. For those who love history, the historical monuments are full with middle age landmarks and memorials like the “St. Ilia” monastery, the church “Vsiah Svetih”, the Glogen monastery “St. Georgi Pobedonosec” and many working national revival’s houses – House of Yorgo, Bobevskata kashta, Hadzhi Ivanovata, and many more. They help making this region the way he is – charming and unique.

The project includes 14 self-dependent family houses with yards and common sections (almost 450 square meters). In the common sections are placed: playground for kids, fountain, sweep of grass, pool and a tavern, and fitness and sauna in the basement of the tavern. The project offers the construction to be made by natural materials – wood, rocks, plaster, bricks and muddy tiles. The village will have his own electric house and own sublimate station.
