Luxury Building with stores on "Han Krum Str.", Sofia, Bulgaria
The prospect building will be constructed on a land plot located in the ideal centre of Sofia, between the major commercial streets – Vitosha Blvd, G.S. Rakovski St., Graf Ignatiev St., Solunska St. and square Slaveikov. The exceptionally good communication of the plot is in combination with its location on a quite and quite green street, just a little bit on the side and yet very close to main road arteries, giving a good residence status of the building.
The area of the plot according to geodesic measurement and documents is 466 sq.m. Locate between plots with already existing buildings constructed with blind walls, and with municipal order for full cover vertically and horizontally.
