SPA Suites is a boutique residential building, with modern architecture, standing out with innovative highly technological dynamic module façade system (allowing remote movement / control of the panels depending on the intensity of the sun light) and offering its habitants a brand new concept and style of life, corresponding to the one in a 5 star hotel.
Description of the building
The building constitutes of 720 sq.m. of build up area on ground level, 903 sq.m. on underground level, and a total build up area (below and above ground level) of 8 369 sq.m.; a total of 8 floors (ground floor + 7 floors); 3 underground levels; one entrance with a spacious lobby with 6 m height and a security room; 26 apartments; 4 offices with separate entrances; 34 parking spaces on 2 levels with controlled access via a car elevator; car wash; unique super modern VIP SPA Club for members only (located on the highest underground level with natural lighting and ventilation through the garden of the building), designed by the best SPA designers and consultants in the world, with a total area of 1 300 sq.m., offering an indoor swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, saunas (samarium / caldarium / terridarium / laconium), cooling down (diving) pool, adventure showers, steam baths with water place, snow room, solarium, treatment rooms / massages, thallasotherapy, aromatherapy, anti-stress therapy, health programs and many other recreational procedures/, ultra modern fitness room, beauty salon, relaxation zone, vitamin bar etc. club – restaurant; large elevator (up to 8 passengers) with controlled access etc. The common areas (entrance lobby, staircases, floor areas etc.) will be air-conditioned, ventilated and filled with designer materials and furniture, answering to a 5 star hotel. The building will be entirely structurally cabled with all low power installations – cable and satellite digital television, high speed internet, phone lines, phone central (intercom), fire alarms, internal security alarm, video surveillance etc. The most modern and advanced systems and technologies (energy saving and others) will be used in the construction. The building will have central heating and be fully air-conditioned. The yard space is planned to be with limited access through the restaurant with a parking mechanism, landscaping, phytodesign, outdoors (façade), park and interior designer lighting.

24 h professional “live” security, CCTV and control, room service, laundry, ironing, dry cleaners, free Wi-Fi internet access (in the lobby and in the club – restaurant), cleaning and maintenance of the apartments and the common areas, property & rental management (housekeeping, letting etc.). The next stage of the investor envisages construction on their own neighboring land plot (party wall with SPA Suites) of a 5 star Apartment Hotel, offering long term rental apartments.
Description of the apartments
All apartments and offices will have a central air-conditioning installation through floor and ceiling (for the offices) ventilation convectors. The terraces will be with wooden grills made of teak. The interior walls of the apartments will be completed through the method of dry construction through the “Rigips” system. This system /dry construction/ allows for a fast and high quality construction of all finishing works in the apartments. All apartments will be completed with designer Italian metal entrance doors with certified by the EU locking systems of the highest class, designed by the designer of Ferrari & Maserati – Pininfarina. In most of the apartments there will be a possibility of installing fireplaces. The apartments are with areas starting from 64,60 sq.m. + ideal /common/ parts and up to 349,85 sq.m. + ideal /common/ parts. In addition custom finishing works are available for all clients, including kitchen furniture, bathrooms and entire furnishing by an individual interior project, consulted with the client.
