Office building, Lozenets, Bulgaria

The Building is situated in Lozenec, on №1 Liubotrun St. near the South Park and the USA embassy in Bulgaria. It disposes of contemporary, modern and functional architecture combined with a steel and concrete, monolith construction, brick internal walls and modern heat, sound and hydro isolations.
On the ground floor there are 3 shops with individual bathrooms and separate entrances from the streets “Bogatitsa” and “Liubotrun”.
