Reserving an apartment
All apartments in complex “Panorama” are offered for an off-plan sale. Reserving of an apartment can be done by transferring a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the sales price.
Payment schemes
The cost of an apartment is due to be paid in stages as follows:
• 5% reservation fee, non-refundable in case of a remise
• 25% at signing a preliminary contract with the construction company
• 30% at completed second stage of the building
• 30% at completion of shell stage of the building
• 10% at transfer of ownership
Discounts
Discount amounting to 6% of the sales price is offered for all the apartments, bought with the following payment scheme:
• 5% reservation fee, non-refundable in case of a remise
• 85% at signing a preliminary contract with the construction company
