• 15% second installment - when signing preliminary contract (within 28 days after reservation)
• 20% third installment - 3 months after signing the preliminary contract
• 20% fourth installment - 6 months after signing the preliminary contract
• 20% fifth installment - 9 months after signing the preliminary contract
• 20% sixth installment - 12 months after signing the preliminary contract, at transfer of ownership.
2) Discounted payment plan (without mortgage) - 5% OFF THE PROPERTY PRICE
A discount of 5% of the purchase price will be offered for all apartments purchased with the following payment plan:
• 5% reservation deposit, non-refundable
• 95% when signing preliminary contract (withing 28 days after reservation) and transfer of ownership
4) Deferred payment plan - 2 year lease with 3% interest rate per year (without mortgage)
All apartments purchased on this payment plan will have their original price increased with 3% per year for a period of two years
• 5% reservation deposit, non-refundable

• 8 installments of 10% each, payable every 3 months after signing the preliminary contract
